Palm House
One of Poland’s largest and oldest Palm Houses! It boasts a history of over 110 years and houses a diverse array of flora from nearly all climatic zones across the globe. Within its 10 pavilions, visitors can marvel at banana trees, bamboo, olive trees, pepper plants, cinnamon trees, and even the cola tree (with its name resembling a certain popular drink!) — a total of 17 thousand plants spanning 1100 species. Additionally, exotic birds and reptiles add to the tropical ambiance.
Located within the picturesque Wilson Park, adorned with a concert stage, ponds, and blooming flowers, the Palm House offers a delightful setting for a leisurely stroll. Adjacent to the park, visitors can admire the charming Art Nouveau tenement houses dating back to the early 20th century, renowned as some of the most beautiful in Poznań.
